The group’s central warehouse — deep stock of blocks, cement and steel, with pallets standing ready to load.
Shilo is the group’s main building-materials warehouse, and its stock is built around the working week of a contractor: pallets of blocks ready to load, cement and plaster in bags and in bulk, structural steel and reinforcement, waterproofing and insulation, and the hand tools that go with them. Deliveries run to the plot itself, and orders can be placed ahead and collected on the way to site.
On Fridays in winter the store closes at 12:30.
